We typically reply within 1โ€“2 business days. When you write in, it helps to include your device (e.g. iPhone 14), your iOS version, and a short description of what happened.

Frequently asked questions

Is PockeTrip safe for kids?

Yes โ€” that's our top priority. There are no accounts, no ads, and no third-party tracking. Diary entries and photos stay on your device. Most importantly, we never store a child's exact location: a place is saved only as an approximate spot on the map, not as GPS coordinates.

How does adding a location work?

When you add an entry you can tap "Use my location." PockeTrip turns that into a general region and a position on the world map. We deliberately discard the precise latitude and longitude โ€” only the friendly map position is kept.

Do I need an account or internet connection?

No account is ever required, and your diary works offline. Everything you create is stored locally on your device.

Where are my photos stored?

Photos you add come from your camera or photo library and are kept inside the app on your device. They are not uploaded to us or to any server.

How do I delete my data?

Because everything lives on your device, deleting the app removes your PockeTrip data. If you'd like help removing a specific entry or starting fresh, email us and we'll walk you through it.
